Hong Kong Gambling Laws

According to the Gambling Ordinance (Cap. 148), all gambling activities are illegal except those authorized by the Government. This includes authorized horse racing, football betting, and the Mark Six lottery. Unauthorized gambling is prohibited and can lead to severe penalties.
